An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bid Writer to join Kingdom Services Group, based at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows.

Primary Objective:
Retain and win new business through great bid writing that truly reflects Kingdom as we stand today across each of our service streams.

Position - Skill Base Requirements:

Mandatory & Evidence Based:

  • Proven bid writing experience 3 years minimum+ across a multitude of business sectors with submission achieving results and impressive win ratios
  • Organised, logical approach and great time management with the ability to work under pressure but work calmly and efficiently and co-ordinate workload to adapt to tight time frames
  • Exceptional writing and English grammar skills with passion that transpires into written word and compelling bids
  • Strong IT skills


  • Self-starter to hit the ground running
  • A “doer” who is prepared to get involved in the day to day tasks, does the “nitty gritty” and a stickler for the detail
  • A team player as well as working independently with a focus on sharing good practise

  • Tender library development and maintenance and working across the business to translate complex business solutions into easy to understand win themes
