Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team.
As Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for the accurate processing of all payroll and accounts information across the group.
Where: Head Office –Brighton, BN1 area
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 09.00 am - 17.30 pm.
Salary: £26,000.00 per annum.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties.
- Responsible for day to day weekly payroll processes
- Assist with Credit control and Sales Ledger cash postings
- Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual
- General administration duties, including daily post, filing
- Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies.
- Ad-hoc and additional duties as required by the Directors
Skills & Experience required for this role:
- Administration experience is highly advantageous, yet transferable skills are very much welcomed!
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Great attention to detail.
- Great time management
- Ability to multi task and work within a busy environment
- GCSE’s or equivalent (C or above) in Mathematics. A-Level standard or equivalent advantageous
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) is required, whilst training and support will be given to ensure you are a successful every step of the way
