We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Kingdom’s marketing strategy with clarity, consistency, and commercial impact. This pivotal role will shape how Kingdom is positioned in the marketplace - crafting and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned campaigns and content that drive awareness, support sales growth, and reinforce our reputation across all divisions..

Position: Group Marketing Manager 

Where: Hybrid with 3 days at HQ Newton-Le-willows 

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm or to meet the demands and objectives of the primary role.

Salary: £50,000.00 - £55,000.00 Per Annum ( based on experience)  + Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and deliver inbound and outbound campaigns that generate sales-ready leads.
  • Leverage channels such as SEO, paid search, content marketing, and email automation.

Marketing Materials & Sales Enablement

  • Own the creation and maintenance of high-quality sales and marketing assets (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.).
  • Work with Solutions and Sales teams to ensure materials are tailored to key sectors and services.

Event Planning & ROI Measurement

  • Plan and execute company participation in events, trade shows, and conferences.

Brand Management & Governance

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels and business units.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect company positioning and values.

Social Media Oversight

  • Manage the relationship with the external social media specialist (Teagan)
  • Provide strategic direction, approve content, and ensure messaging aligns with brand and campaign goals.

Marketing Operations & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot for tracking, reporting, and improving marketing workflows.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial growth across multiple sectors.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of creating targeted, client-focused campaigns and content that support sales and business objectives.
  • Leadership experience managing marketing functions or teams, with a focus on brand consistency, creative quality, and continuous performance improvement

The ideal candidate will be:

  1. Commercially astute, growth-oriented, and driven by creating measurable marketing impact that supports business objectives
  2. A compelling storyteller and communicator—confident across written, visual, and verbal formats, engaging both internal and external audiences
  3. Proficient in key marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, MS Office, social media management tools, etc.)
  4. Organised and process-driven, with strong attention to brand governance, content accuracy, and campaign quality
  5. Data-literate and performance-focused—uses insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise marketing efforts
  6. Thrives under pressure when managing multiple campaigns or tight deadlines
  7. Innovative and strategic -  constantly seeking new ways to position Kingdom more effectively in the market
  8. Demonstrates a track record of successful campaigns and marketing initiatives that contribute to sales growth, lead generation, or brand elevation
