Kingdom recruitment specialists are pleased to be recruiting x2 Permanent Full Time Sales Executives for one of our very exteblished Engineering and Manufacturing clients in Rugby, Warwickshire.

Job Title: Sales Executive x2

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic + 100% OTE (revenue targets both current clients & new business) + Car, Phone, Laptop

Location: Open as you will be expected to travel accross the Midlands approx 75% of your time (Company car provided for use during the day)

Hours: Flexible 40 hours pw to suit business needs between 07:00am - 18:00 Monday  - Friday


Our client is looking for two energetic, bubbly, dynamic characters who have some sales experience to train in engineering product / services sales.

The two roles are different:

Role 1 ; 100% of time will be spent on site at one of the UK's largest automotive production facilities in Birmigham, with the remit of developing and mainaining key stakeholder relationships, upselling and maximising sales opportunities accross all areas of the facility. This role will be targeted OTE on both retained and new business within the major facility. No previous sector experience is needed, but it is essential the individual can work alone, manageing thier time and efforts. 

Role 2 ; 75% field sales on the road 25% office based lead generation. This role is much more the traditional sales executive role, generating your leads and also maintaining current key accounts. You will be trained in all our clients services and targeted on both retained and new business. It is essential that this individual is highly motivated and a self starter.
