Enhanced Retail Security Officer (16824C)

Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for a Enhanced Security Officer to join our team.

Covering stores across East of Scotland from Edinburgh to Inverness. - Can be requested to support outside of this base region to support the client.

Hours: On average 50 hours per week, Various days / shifts as per site rotas. Monday - Sunday, between 06.00 - 22.00. Every other weekend Off !!! 

Salary: £34,632.00 per annum .

About the role:

• Supporting with the training and development of new officers and the existing teams.
• First point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area.
• Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
• Targeting top incident/shrink locations on the area.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Reducing shrink/stock loss.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
• Supporting the Contract Manager in their role.

About you:

• A valid DS SIA Licence.
• Full UK Manual Clean Driving License.
• Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
• Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
