An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom as a Service Care Centre Operator, working in the Newton-Le-Willows area.

Position: Service Care Centre Operator 

Location: Kingdom Services Group Head Office, Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, WA12.

Hours:  40 hours per week, as per site rota (minimum one late shift per week)

Salary: £26,500 per annum

The Service Care Centre Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery by managing customer support requests, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement in processes and communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers and colleagues to support relationship management
  • Own service requests through to resolution or appropriate escalation
  • Maintain accurate, well-documented notes and records
  • Comply with relevant “HOW we do business” process manuals
  • Champion consistency, process compliance, and clear communication
  • Support service desk operations and ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or customer support role
  • Logical and detail-oriented with a solution-first mindset
  • Results-driven and focused on service outcomes
  • Friendly and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsive, and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems
  • Strong time management and task ownership
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building abilities
