Retail Security Officer (17412)

Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for a Retail Security Support Officer to join our team.

Where: Arbroath, DD4 area. 

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start!

Salary: £12.21 per hour. 

Hours: On average 35-45 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Any 5 days out of 7. Monday to Saturday between 07:00am - 22:00pm. 07:00am-15:30pm, 13:30pm-20:00pm, 08:00am - 20:00pm. Sunday 09:00am - 19:00pm

About the role:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

About you:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
