Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Gillingham, ME7 area.
Salary: £32k per annum 
Hours: 09:00-17:30

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a proven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting the development of recruitment colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Deliver a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Support, coach, and mentor Recruitment Consultants, sharing best practice and market knowledge
  • Plan and manage daily recruitment activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and recruitment databases
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote Kingdom People
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong billing or performance track record
  • Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, mentor, and support others
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
  • A full UK driving licence
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
