Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in the Exeter, EX4 area.
Where: Exeter, EX4 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: On average 42+ hours per week, shifts as per site rota, 4 On 4 Off nights.
Shift patterns: 22:00-08:00

About the role:
To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
Signing visitors in/out of building
Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
To report any out of hours emergency repairs
Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
Complete incident reports if required
Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor
About you:
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one
A full five-year checkable employment history
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
Own transport is preferred
