Gatehouse Security Officer (18125)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Gatehouse / Static Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a distribution site in Wigan, WN5 area.

Shifts: On average 38 hours per week, Nights. 17:00pm - 00:45am & 20:30pm - 08:30am. 

Pay rate: £13.06 per hour

Responsibilities

• Booking out all vehicles to site.
• Control of site keys.
• Access control to site.
• Out of hours reception duties.
• Site weigh bridge duties.
• Pallet checks.
• Basket checks.
• Site staff and vehicle searches including production areas.
• Completion of waste documentation.
• Site chiller temperature checks.

Person Specification

• A valid SIA licence or applied for.
• A full five year checkable employment history.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal.
• Have a good level of judgement professionalism.
• IT skills.
