Location: Northampton and Beford Areas. 

Hours: On average 48 hours per week, Various hours and shifts as per business requirements, shifts between 06:00 to 00:00

Pay: £14.87 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Conduct mobile patrols and visits to stores / sites
    • Supervise and support on-site security officers, ensuring professional standards are met
    • Ensure compliance with assignment instructions, store policies and company procedures
    • Provide support at high-risk stores, including peak trading periods
    • Respond to incidents such as theft, anti-social behavior (ASB), aggressive customers and alarms
    • Carry out site audits, spot checks and performance reviews
    • Liaise with clients to address security concerns
    • Support loss prevention strategies and theft reduction initiatives
    • Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs and daily handovers
    • Cover shifts when required to maintain service delivery
    • Assist with staff training, inductions and coaching

    The duties of this role include but are not limited to the responsibilities outlined above and can change to suit the business needs and expectations. 

About you:

  • Previous retail security experience, ideally in a supervisory or mobile role
  • Strong knowledge of loss prevention and retail security procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
  • A valid SIA Licence.
  • Own transport is required.
  • Full UK Manual driving license.
