About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Soft Services Supervisor to oversee the daily delivery of high-quality soft services across our site. This role is responsible for supervising teams involved in cleaning, and security, to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards while supporting and motivating a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily soft services operations including cleaning, waste management, and other support functions.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of soft services staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables and place orders when required.
- Handle service issues or complaints promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning standards, health & safety, and COSHH regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic IT systems
- Flexible approach to working hours if required.
- Door Supervisor License
- First Aid or Health & Safety certification.
Desirable

- Relevant facilities management or cleaning industry qualification.
- Previous experience in a soft service’s supervisory role within facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing large teams or multi-service environments.
- CCTV License
