An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a Hotel in Glasgow, G1 area.

This position is working as a security officer within a hotel environment, the primary responsibility is to deliver a professional, welcoming, and secure front-of-house service.

Hours: On average 16 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Friday & Saturday 19:00pm – 03:00am & 21:00pm – 05:00am.

Pay: £13.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional concierge-style front-of-house presence
  • Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and event attendees in a courteous manner
  • Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotels, maintaining a high standard of presentation and conduct
  • Support the night shift team with operational and guest service requirements
  • Assist guests with directions, queries, and general requests
  • Maintain a visible presence in public areas to deter anti-social behaviour
  • Respond to and manage noise complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and respond to alarm activations in line with site procedures
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises as required
  • Report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in a timely manner
  • Liaise effectively with hotel staff and management
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and security procedures

Person Specification

  • A valid SIA licence; or applied for.
  • A full five year checkable employment history.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
