The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high‑impact Bid Manager to take ownership of our end‑to‑end bidding function and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth across the Kingdom Group.

This is a big, visible role for someone who thrives on pace, loves structure, thinks commercially, and brings clarity under pressure. You’ll be trusted to lead complex bids, influence senior stakeholders, and consistently deliver high‑quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.

Whether you’re an experienced Bid Manager or an ambitious professional ready to step up, this role offers real responsibility, real influence, and real progression.

 What You’ll Be Doing

 Bid Leadership & Process Ownership

  • Own the full bid lifecycle – pipeline to submission to review
  • Lead bid/no‑bid decisions with insight, data and commercial judgement
  • Drive best‑practice governance, compliance and consistency
  • Monitor procurement portals and identify strategic opportunities
  • Coordinate kick‑off meetings, timelines, inputs and stakeholder accountability

Winning Content & Collaboration

  • Create persuasive, tailored bid responses across security, cleaning and FM
  • Manage PQQs, ITTs, presentations and portal submissions
  • Partner with Operations, Commercial, Design and Leadership teams
  • Build, evolve and control a central bid library
  • Use Tender Management Software and CRM (HubSpot) to track performance

Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure bids are clear, compelling, compliant and client‑focused
  • Embed ESG, sustainability and social value messaging
  • Analyse outcomes, feedback and win‑rates to drive improvement
  • Represent Kingdom’s values, voice and “WHY” in every submission

About You

You’re someone who:

  • Is proactive, organised and commercially astute
  • Loves ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Is a stand‑out written communicator
  • Can influence, engage and collaborate at all levels
  • Stays calm under pressure and delivers to tight deadlines
  • Believes great bids are built on structure, insight and teamwork

Experience

  • Ideally 2+ years in a bid, tender or proposal role (service‑led environment preferred)
  • Experience in security, cleaning, FM or recruitment is a strong advantage
  • Bid writing experience desirable (graduates with strong capability welcome)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills essential
  • Experience with tender platforms / CRM systems beneficial

Why Join Kingdom?

  • Hybrid working with flexibility and trust
  • A growing, ambitious business with genuine career pathways
  • Real influence on national growth outcomes
  • Supportive, values‑led culture rooted in CARE
  • A role where your work is visible, valued and impactful
