About the Role

This is a pivotal role focused on contract visibility, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will lead and support site teams, ensuring they feel valued, confident, and set up for success, while maintaining consistently high service standards.

You’ll act as a key ambassador for the business, building strong relationships with high-profile clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class service through structured operational processes and documented procedures
  • Manage contract performance, including improvements for underperforming (RED-rated) accounts
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • Develop and oversee Management Information (MI) to monitor service delivery
  • Act as a brand ambassador in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
  • Drive contract retention and identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Continuously review innovation, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Maintain full visibility of contract processes throughout the lifecycle

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
  • Set clear KPIs and conduct structured performance reviews
  • Manage team structure, staffing levels, and budgets effectively
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Address performance issues, conflict, and employee relations matters
  • Support succession planning and talent development

Operational & Financial Management

  • Ensure accurate budget control and financial performance of contracts
  • Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and action plans
  • Lead regular internal and client review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, governance, and best practice

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar senior account management role
  • Proven success managing large, complex client accounts
  • Experience leading teams, including restructuring and change management
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and data-led decision-making skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn internal systems
