What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Strategic Relationships
- Own and develop high-value, strategic customer accounts
- Build multi-layered stakeholder relationships
- Drive retention, growth, and contract performance
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities
Deliver Commercial Impact
- Lead performance improvement & turnaround strategies
- Use data, insight & market intelligence to drive decisions
- Balance service excellence, cost control, and innovation
Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Recruit, develop and lead engaged, high-performing teams
- Set clear KPIs and deliver consistently measurable results
- Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and excellence
Ensure Compliance & Governance
- Oversee risk, compliance, and operational standards
- Maintain full governance and process alignment
- Support tenders, sales cycles, and contract mobilisation
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years in a senior relationship / operations leadership role
(e.g. Account Director, Partnership Director, COO, MD)
- Background in a security or service-led organisation
- Proven commercial success and contract ownership experience
