YOUR MISSION

You’ll be the driving force behind client success, building powerful relationships and unlocking growth across major contracts:

  • Own strategic account relationships to boost retention & expansion
  • Lead innovation, efficiency, and smarter service delivery
  • Turn around at-risk contracts and build long-term stability
  • Shape and deliver commercially impactful solutions
  • Act as a visible brand ambassador across the industry

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Senior leadership experience in security or service-led organisations
  • Track record in roles such as Relationship / Account / Operations Director
  • Proven success in driving performance, growth & transformation
  • Strong communicator, influencer & presenter
  • Full UK Driving Licence
