Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership

Location: Tesco Brigg, DN20 8AT Pay: £13.47 per hour Hours: 0–48 hours per week Shifts: 10:00–18:00, 14:00–22:00, plus various (weekend availability required)

What You’ll Do

• Store patrols — ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues, and the premises

• Visible deterrence — providing a reassuring presence in‑store

• Incident reporting — documenting observations and occurrences accurately

• Team collaboration — working closely with store staff and fellow officers

• Conflict management — handling challenging situations calmly and professionally

This is a relief officer position, so flexibility for early, late, and weekend shifts is essential.

About You

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional, confident, and able to use good judgement

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid SIA Licence

• Full five‑year checkable work history

• Previous security experience is helpful but not essential
