About the Role

Kingdom Group is seeking a confident and capable HR / Colleague Centre Advisor to join our growing Colleague Centre team. This is a key role where you will provide expert advice, support managers, and help drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices across the business.

You’ll be at the heart of employee relations, managing a wide range of cases while helping to shape a positive and high-performing workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic HR and employee relations advice to managers across the business
• Manage end-to-end cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and long-term sickness
• Support organisational change activity, including restructures and redundancies
• Coach and develop managers to build confidence in handling people matters
• Handle HR queries efficiently while maintaining accurate and compliant case records
• Promote and embed best practice, consistency, and fairness across all people processes
• Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work


What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, Employee Relations, or People Services
• CIPD Level 5 (or currently working towards)
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-led environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• A proactive, adaptable team player who takes ownership and delivers results
