Concierge Security Officer (Night Shift – Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Glastonbury (BA6 area)
Pay: £13.00 per hour / Monthly Pay
Hours: Average 40 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: Wednesday–Sunday, 20:00–04:00
Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence and be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Kingdom)
About the Role
Kingdom Services Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a supported living site in the Glastonbury area.
This is a full-time night shift role where you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment, supporting residents and ensuring site procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring the overall safety and security of the premises out of hours
• Monitoring access to the site, including visitors and contractors
• Maintaining a safe environment in line with health and safety procedures
• Reporting incidents, including anti-social behaviour
• Logging and reporting maintenance issues using appropriate systems
• Completing accurate reports and recording observations
• Working as part of a team to meet client requirements
• Managing difficult situations in a calm and professional manner
What We’re Looking For
• Valid SIA Licence
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, calm, and reliable approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS (funded by Kingdom)
