CRM Administrator

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced CRM Administrator to support and optimise our Group-wide HubSpot platform and play a key role in the continued development of our CRM capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with over 11,500 colleagues, where you'll support user adoption, drive automation, maintain data quality and deliver meaningful business insight across multiple divisions.
You'll become a key point of contact for CRM across the Group, helping ensure HubSpot is fully optimised, aligned to business processes and delivering maximum value to users across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
As CRM Administrator, you will:
- Support and optimise the Group HubSpot platform
- Drive CRM best practice, governance and user adoption
- Build and maintain workflows and automation that improve efficiency
- Create impactful dashboards, reports and management information
- Deliver CRM training and onboarding for new users
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms
- Ensure CRM data remains accurate, compliant and reliable
- Support marketing activity, lead generation and business growth
- Champion smarter ways of working through technology and automation
- Manage user permissions, licences and access controls
- Support database imports, migrations and system enhancements
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with CRM platforms
- HubSpot experience highly desirable
- HubSpot certification desirable
- Experience of workflow automation and reporting
- Experience supporting marketing automation and lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
