Looking for a role where you can work outdoors, engage with the public, and help create cleaner, greener communities?

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Hammersmith & Fulham (W6) to support local environmental initiatives and tackle environmental crime. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You'll be at the forefront of protecting public spaces, educating communities, and helping improve the local environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Patrolling designated areas to identify environmental offences
  • Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, waste disposal, and related offences
  • Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) where appropriate
  • Investigating incidents and responding to reports from the public
  • Engaging professionally with residents, businesses, and visitors
  • Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Carrying out follow-up visits and supporting compliance activities
  • Contributing to wider community safety and environmental improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Professional, resilient, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions
  • Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Basic DBS check required
  • Previous experience in enforcement, security, customer service, retail, or another public-facing role would be advantageous
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations professionally and confidently
