Location: Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster, DN2 5NH
Pay: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 0-40 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday
Shift Times: 15:00 - 23:00 and Various Shifts

About the Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Support Officer to join our team at Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster.

This support role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment while maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience. You will provide security support where required, including covering holidays, sickness, and additional operational requirements. You will help protect customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence within the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the store
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and maintain records of incidents
• Monitor CCTV systems where authorised
• Support store management and colleagues as required
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when needed
• Protect customers, colleagues, and company assets
• Provide flexible support across shifts as required by the business

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential
• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service

• Various additional shifts available
