Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour
Hours: 16 - 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, Monday - Sunday

Shifts Available:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 15:00 - 00:00

Licence Required: Valid SIA Licence

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Provide a highly visible security presence to deter theft, shoplifting and anti-social behaviour.
• Monitor store activity and respond professionally to incidents and security concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation.
• Support store colleagues in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when required.
• Liaise with store management, emergency services and local authorities when necessary.
• Assist with loss prevention and stock protection initiatives.
• Deal confidently and professionally with challenging situations.
• Ensure all security procedures and site instructions are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For

• A valid SIA Licence is essential.
• Previous retail security experience would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents.
• Reliable, professional and presentable approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent observation and report-writing skills.
