  • Ensure workers arrive on time and are correctly deployed.
  • Quickly resolve lateness, absences, and non-attendance issues.
  • Arrange replacement workers when required.
  • Maintain accurate staffing rotas and contingency plans.

Client Partnership & Operational Support

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact between Kingdom People and our clients.
  • Build positive working relationships with supervisors and operational teams.
  • Attend meetings and provide workforce updates.
  • Identify and escalate any service or operational concerns.

  • Support temporary workers throughout their assignments.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance, and conduct.
  • Respond to worker queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Promote engagement, retention, and a positive working environment.
  • Manage issues in line with company policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and selection activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of available workers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks.
  • Deliver or assist with new starter inductions.

Compliance, Payroll & Reporting

  • Maintain complete and accurate compliance records.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and GDPR compliant.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance records, and payroll information.
  • Produce reports on fulfilment, attendance, retention, and performance.
  • Promote and maintain high health and safety standards.

Out-of-Hours Support

  • Work flexibly across early starts, late finishes, and weekends.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.
  • Respond promptly to urgent client and worker requirements.
