Location: Tesco Corby, St. James Road, St. James Industrial Estate, Corby, NN18 8AL
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 0 - 35 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday

• Early Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Late Shift: 15:00 - 23:00 / Midnight (depending on store requirements)

Retail Security Officer - Tesco Partnership

Kingdom Group is looking for a professional, vigilant, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our Tesco Partnership team covering stores within the Corby area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, protecting customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Lincoln - LN2 4QQ
Lincoln High Street - LN2 1HW
Brayford - LN1 1BN
St Marks - LN5 7AA
Lincoln 1 - LN5 8HS
Please note: Sleaford must be covered 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days spent providing relief cover across the Lincoln stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a visible security presence throughout the store
• Conducting regular patrols of the premises
• Preventing theft, stock loss, and anti-social behaviour
• Monitoring and reporting any incidents or suspicious activity
• Completing accurate incident reports and store documentation
• Supporting store management and colleagues when required
• Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors
• Monitoring CCTV systems where authorised and in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

• Valid SIA Security Licence is essential
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Own vehicle required
• Previous retail security experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexible approach to working hours and locations
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
