Flexible Retail Security Officer (16396)

We have hours available for a Flexible temporary Worker.

The assignment is for a Retail Security officer, working at supermarkets in Redcar, Teesside, Hartlepool and Durham

On average up to 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Variety of early and late shifts between the hours 06:00am - 23:00pm Monday to Saturday & Sunday's 10:00am - 16:00pm.. 

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour. Weekly pay. Plus 25p per mile fuel reimbursement over 10 miles on a single journey.

This allows you to:

• Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
• Weekly pay every Friday

About the role:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner

About you:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A valid SIA Licence 
• A full five-year checkable employment history

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.

You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from HIVE 360 Payroll Services Provider.

You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
