Company: Kingdom Local Authority Support (Kingdom).
Location: Burnley, BB11 area.
Hours: On average 37.5 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday shifts between the hours of 07:00am - 19:00pm (rotational weekends). 
Salary: £12.62 per hour.

Own transport, a clean full UK manual driving licence is required for this position, as you will be driving a company vehicle.

Job Purpose:

Assist in monitoring and enforcing environmental issues, anti-social behaviour, and relevant legislation, working with the Local Authority and Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot patrols, inspect public areas, identify contraventions, and issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) using a handheld terminal or manual systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and evidence for court proceedings.
  • Support prosecutions by attending court when required.
  • Stay knowledgeable about relevant legislation (e.g., Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing act 2016, Environmental Protection Act 1990).
  • Synchronize FPN and photographic evidence from handheld terminals or digital cameras.
  • Undertake other appropriate responsibilities as needed.

Express information clearly and concisely to ensure understanding.

Flexibility:

Adapt to change and work effectively in various situations and weather conditions.

Learning and Development:

Participate in our training course to gain insight into daily duties, current legislation, communication, and interaction aspects of the role, earning a recognized qualification in environmental awareness.
