Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team, working at a data site in Southall, UB5 area.

About the role:
Reception / Security Officer Duties:
- Man SCR (Security Control Room) 24/7.
- Monitoring of CCTV 24/7.
- Security Officer to Greet / Welcome Data Centre Employees & Visitors / contractors.
- Notify relevant personnel of visitor/contractor upon arrival.
- Security Officer must ensure that all site records, keys, swipe cards, visitor/staff registers are updated accordingly.
- Read and reply to emails.
- Monitor visitor/contractor request forms.
- Site knowledge and familiarisation.
- Knowledge about Client information.
- Ensure that ONLY contractors who have permission to work on site out of hours are given access – refer to onsite engineer or permanent pass holder who will host them.
- Access Cards to be created for approved persons as per approved persons’ process.
- Old cards to be destroyed or kept secure.
- Potential vehicle and bag searches, if necessary and instructed by Facility Manager /Site Security Manager.
- Data protection and Confidentiality is to be understood and followed carefully (if you do not have permission to divulge information, then do not discuss it!).
- Understanding ISO accreditations.
- Respond accordingly to any emergency accidents/incidents.
- Entries to be made for patrols, shift start and licence on show, contractors on site, deliveries taken, patrol start time, patrol end time, any issues / defaults etc.
- Security Daily Handover report and verbal handovers to be completed at end of shift.
About you:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
- CCTV Licence.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
