To support us in achieving our vision we are currently recruiting a E-Bike Recovery Operative 

Location:Hours: On average 37.5 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Saturday with rotational Sundays ,between 7am- 7pm.

Salary: £13.97 per hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an E-Bike Recovery Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and removing e-bikes that are causing obstructions or hazards in public spaces. Once the associated release fee has been paid, you will also facilitate the return of the bikes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely lift and relocate e-bikes that are improperly parked or creating hazards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handling of bikes pending release.
  • Release bikes once payment has been confirmed.
  • Drive customer vans to transport bikes and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach when interacting with the public.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (required).
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move e-bikes safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

IT skills and good written and spoken English is essential.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in logistics/transport.
  • Knowledge of local areas and road safety regulations.

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.

You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from HIVE 360 Payroll Services Provider.

You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
