An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Officer to join Kingdom Group, working at a site in London in the E3 area.

Hours: On average 40 hours per week, working Friday and Saturday nights plus additional area support.

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring CCTV and fire alarm systems responding accordingly.
  • Patrol of site with device provided.
  • Customer liaison - with residents in Retirement Home, Supported living & Student accommodation.
  • Receiving and issuing of packages.
  • Call out for maintenance issues.
  • Health & Safety Check calls.
  • Dealing with any anti-social behaviour issues on site ie loud noise.

Person Specification

  • A valid SIA Licence 
  • A full five year checkable employment history.
  • Industry experience and background.
  • Reliable.
  • Willingness to be flexible in working hours.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
