Responsibilities:
Monitoring CCTV and fire alarm systems responding accordingly.
Patrol of site with device provided.
Customer liaison - with residents in Retirement Home, Supported living & Student accommodation.
Receiving and issuing of packages.
Call out for maintenance issues.
Health & Safety Check calls.
Dealing with any anti-social behaviour issues on site ie loud noise.
Person Specification
A valid SIA Licence
A full five year checkable employment history.
Industry experience and background.
Reliable.
Willingness to be flexible in working hours.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records.
An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.
Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
