Job Title: Account Coordinator

Kingdom Group is a fast-paced, service-led organisation driven by our CARE values and a commitment to delivering exceptional client partnerships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support one of our key national accounts. In this pivotal field-based role, you will help ensure seamless contract delivery by building strong client relationships, supporting our Regional Managers and Account Director, and empowering our site teams to perform at their best. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where teamwork, consistency and outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised and people-focused Account Coordinator to support the smooth running of a major national client account. This is a remote, field-based role, centred on partnership, performance and presence—ensuring the client feels consistently supported while empowering our site teams to perform at their best.

Working closely with the Account Director and Regional Managers, you will help drive reporting, data accuracy, operational consistency and service excellence across the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, professional relationships with the client, ensuring they feel connected, aligned and valued.
  • Support the Account Director and Regional Managers with reporting, performance insights and operational coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact and escalation for Contract Managers.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the account, including deputising for Regional Managers or the Account Director during absence.
  • Manage two dedicated schedulers to ensure effective forward planning and workforce scheduling.
  • Liaise with the client’s management teams to support requests, problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Conduct investigations, formal meetings and store visits—including performance support, escalations and recognition.
  • Attend client meetings when required and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use Time & Attendance systems to promote accuracy, innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Support statutory compliance, internal process adherence and best practice across the account.
  • Encourage a positive, high-performing culture across teams, supporting performance reviews, team meetings and colleague wellbeing.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a service-led organisation.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Full five-year checkable employment history, including references, credit check and right-to-work checks.
  • Additional relevant qualifications welcome.

Extra Skills:

  • Experience using performance systems, including Time & Attendance platforms.
  • Commercially aware and results-focused.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and quick to learn internal systems.
  • Able to analyse and use data to drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrable success in a similar coordinating or account-support role.

Our Culture

We’re looking for someone who truly lives our CARE values and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, service-led environment. You will be confident challenging the status quo to find better ways of working, while taking ownership, following through, and championing consistency and strong communication. As a positive and professional brand ambassador, you will be passionate about delivering service with care.
