Job Title: Costing Administrator

Kingdom Group is a fast-paced, service-led organisation driven by our CARE values and a commitment to delivering exceptional client partnerships. We are looking for a highly motivated Costing Administrator to manage and maintain accurate commercial and contract data, support financial and operational teams, and ensure processes run smoothly. This role involves overseeing contract updates, tracking key milestones, responding to financial queries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our contract administration and costing practices.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-driven Costing Administrator who is passionate about accuracy, process, and supporting commercial performance. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our core business costing database—ensuring all information is accurate, secure, and accessible. You’ll play a key part in updating costings, maintaining data governance, and supporting operational and commercial teams across the Group.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys process ownership, and wants to make a meaningful impact on business efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

This list is not exhaustive; additional relevant tasks may be assigned.

  • Maintain and update costing data within our core business systems.
  • Draft, review, and process financial contract amendments.
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date contract register, ensuring information flows correctly across departments.
  • Support contract renewals, variations, and terminations in line with internal policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for contract and costing-related queries—internally and externally.
  • Track contract milestones to ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Prepare contract summaries, costing updates, and management reports.
  • Support audits and compliance checks for costing and contract documentation.
  • Work closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to uphold best practices in contract and costing administration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in cost control, data governance, and process efficiency.

Your Experience:

  • A full 5-year checkable employment history, including two work references, a personal credit check, and right-to-work compliance.
  • Qualifications in business administration, pricing, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience in contract administration, costing, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Can demonstrate success in a similar administrative, costing, or commercial role.

Extra Skills:

  • You take pride in accuracy, clear documentation, and supporting colleagues to succeed.
  • Proactive and comfortable handling multiple financial contracts and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships.
  • Solutions-focused, resilient, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; with experience managing large Excel-based documents
