Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

About the Role:
As Content Marketing Manager, you will lead content ideation, creation, and campaign execution. You will produce compelling content that communicates our message, strengthens our brand, and drives lead conversion to deliver ROI. Working across marketing, sales, and product teams, you will ensure consistency, innovation, and impact in all content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 12-month content strategy across all Kingdom services.
- Create high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, thought leadership, lead magnets, and website pages.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and compliance standards.
- Plan, implement, and manage digital campaigns across email, website, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align messaging and optimize reach.
- Track campaign performance, produce reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage website content, ensuring it is up to date and SEO-optimized.
- Support ongoing SEO initiatives and technical optimizations.
- Write and commission persuasive, sector-specific copy to generate leads and retain clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative campaign assets.
- Monitor metrics to evaluate content and campaign effectiveness and refine strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Comply with statutory, regulatory, and internal process requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with focus on structure, SEO, and compliance.
- Experience using CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred) and running sector-specific marketing campaigns.
- Ability to balance creative ideas with performance data.
- Experience in B2B or services sector is advantageous.
- Full five-year checkable employment history, including 2 references, personal credit check, and right to work in the UK.
