Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Security Officer to join the team, working at a site in Sidcup, DA14 area.

Where: Sidcup, DA14 area.

Start Date: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: On average 56 hours per week, over a 4 on 4 off pattern

Shift patterns: 18:00-06:00

About the role:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
  • Conduct safety and security procedures, adhering to site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
  • Tasks vary greatly and include, but are not limited to, mobile patrols, foot patrols, gatehouse duties, vehicle searches

About you:

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence essential.
  • Own transport may be required
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Proven experience as Security Officer.
  • Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
  • Familiarity with report writing.
  • Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
  • Flexible/Available at short notice.
