Requirements: Full UK driving licence & SIA Door Supervisor Licence


About the Role

We’re recruiting Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to support Brent Council, tackling anti-social behaviour and improving community safety.

This is a high-impact, frontline role where you’ll engage with the public, support vulnerable individuals, and help address issues such as rough sleeping, street drinking, and disruptive behaviour.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Patrolling local areas to identify and respond to anti-social behaviour
  • Engaging with individuals involved in begging, rough sleeping, and street drinking
  • Supporting vulnerable individuals by directing them to appropriate services
  • Investigating incidents and managing complex casework
  • Gathering evidence, preparing reports, and supporting legal proceedings
  • Working with multiple agencies to resolve community issues
  • Attending court when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations
  • Ability to defuse conflict and work with individuals from all backgrounds
  • Good organisational and report-writing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physically able to patrol on foot for long periods
  • Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
  • Full 5-year checkable work history required
  • DBS check required
