Cleaning Contract Manager – Tesla South

Location: South of England (Remote with travel across South)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with flexibility to work weekends on a rota, to support the 6- & 7-day working dealerships

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent


The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile portfolio of Tesla cleaning contracts across the South of England, covering approximately 25 dealership sites.

In this role, you’ll lead operational teams to deliver exceptional service standards, build strong client relationships, and drive commercial performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for Tesla, you will balance service excellence with profitability, while ensuring compliance and operational consistency across all sites.


Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery & Standards: Ensure contracted cleaning standards are consistently delivered across all Tesla sites, maintaining best-in-class service through structured processes and continuous improvement

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tesla stakeholders through regular engagement, performance reviews, and proactive issue resolution

Commercial Performance: Manage budgets, control spend, approve POs/NTEs, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and contract growth

Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged culture

Operational Planning: Oversee staffing structures, scheduling, performance management, and overall service delivery across multiple sites

Mobilisation & Integration: Support contract changes, new site setups, and process improvements ensuring seamless operational delivery

Compliance & Risk: Maintain full compliance with H&S, statutory regulations, and internal governance, ensuring all processes follow Kingdom HOW guidelines

Performance Management: Address underperformance, manage risk, and implement structured improvement plans where required

Continuous Improvement: Use data, MI reporting, and insights to drive efficiencies, standardisation, and measurable service improvements


What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a service-led organisation
Proven experience managing multi-site operations
Full UK driving licence
Full 5-year checkable employment history including references and right to work in the UK
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
Relevant qualifications (desirable)
