Retail Security Relief Officer – Tesco Partnership

Location: Tesco Fryston Road Express, WF10 3LW
Pay: £13.47 per hour | Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Hours: 32 hours per week on average, working 4 days out of 7
Shifts: 15:00-23:00, Monday-Sunday and various 
Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence

About the Role

Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is expanding its Retail Security team at Tesco Fryston Road Express. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, customer-focused retail environment, supporting store operations while helping to maintain a safe and secure atmosphere for colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor premises and respond to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and record observations
• Work closely with store colleagues and fellow officers
• Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential

Additional Information

• You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
• You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately
• Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services
• This role is initially on a temporary basis and is not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group
• There may be opportunities in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract
• Flexibility is required to work shifts between 15:00 and 23:00 and various across Monday to Sunday, in line with the rota
