Colleague Centre Advisor (Employee Relations & HR) · Location: Kingdom Headquarters, Newton-le-Willows · Hours: 37.5 hours per week · Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (or as required to meet business needs) · Contract: Full Time, Permanent · Salary: £29,000 per annum Join Kingdom's Colleague Centre At Kingdom, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced and professional Colleague Centre Advisor to join our Head Office team in Newton-le-Willows. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about employee relations, enjoys building strong working relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the Colleague Centre, you will provide expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters. Working closely with managers and stakeholders throughout the business, you will help ensure policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied fairly, consistently and professionally. From managing disciplinary and grievance cases to supporting organisational change projects, you will play an important role in delivering a positive colleague experience.
