Where: Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented training coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be highly organised, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the wider team.
Role Responsibilties
- Training Progress Monitoring & Reporting – Tracks completion rates for mandatory and essential-awareness courses, analyses LMS data, and escalates gaps to management.
- Contractual & Certification Lifecycle Management – Proactively flags expiring qualifications, books refresher or replacement courses, and updates records to maintain compliance.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration – Adds new starters, assigns curricula, sends automated reminders, and produces audit-ready completion reports.
- Onboarding & Induction Coordination – Sends welcome emails and induction packs, schedules introductory sessions, and ensures every new starter meets all initial training requirements.
- Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Support – Monitors training activity to meet relevant legislation, industry standards, and client-specific obligations.
- “How We Do Business” Process Adherence – Follows and promotes all applicable process-manual requirements related to the role.
- Kingdom Centre Optimisation – Supports the use, centralisation, and best-practice adoption of all Kingdom Centres to maximise training resources company-wide.
- Compliance Liaison with Management – Partners with line managers and department heads to confirm training status, agree priorities, and align with regulatory or contractual standards.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement – Coordinates with internal trainers and external providers to secure course slots, materials, and accurate records.
- Telephone & Front-Line Communication – Answers enquiries, makes outbound calls, and delivers clear, courteous support to employees and training partners.
- Multi-Tasking & Prioritisation – Juggles simultaneous deadlines, high volumes of bookings, and ad-hoc requests in a fast-moving environment.

Role Experience
- Proven experience in training coordination– Ability to organise, schedule, and oversee training sessions efficiently.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – Confident in using and managing LMS platforms for training delivery and tracking.
- Administrative Support in a Training Environment – Background in handling documentation, compliance, and reporting related to training programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Experience in liaising with trainers, employees, and external partners to coordinate training needs.
- Team Collaboration – Comfortable working alongside various departments to ensure effective training delivery.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities – Skilled in balancing workloads, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
