Job Title: Service CARE Centre - Monitoring Team

Location: Newton le willows, WA12 area

Hours: Flexible, on-call position to cover absences and support the team as needed

Join our 24-hour Command Centre and play a pivotal role in keeping our services running smoothly while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues. As the central point of contact for service enquiries, incident response, and colleague welfare, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, service-led environment where every day brings variety and responsibility.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure—your contribution will make a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to general service enquiries quickly and professionally
  • Manage ad hoc cover requests and service schedule changes
  • Handle incidents and alarm activations, escalating where necessary
  • Monitor colleague attendance, absence, and safety
  • Conduct telephone welfare checks and follow escalation procedures
  • Keep accurate, timely records of all welfare-related activity
  • Manage access control at the National Support Centre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Document interactions to support service quality, compliance, and audits
  • Support statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and “How We Do Business” manuals
  • Promote best practices and the effective use of Kingdom Centres
  • Engage with company social media to support our brand presence

Skills & Attributes:

  • Confident, calm, and highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively
  • Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Passionate about people, customer service, and representing our brand
  • Eager to learn and grow

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar, service-led role
  • Full 5-year employment history, including two references
  • Personal credit check
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant qualifications welcomed
