Job Title: Service Care Centre Administrator

Job type: Permanent Full time role

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Are you passionate about people, service excellence, and building meaningful relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same?

At Kingdom, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Care Centre Administrator to join our National Command Centre team. This is a key role at the heart of our operation, where you’ll make a real difference to both our clients and colleagues across the UK.

The Role:

As a valued member of our Command Centre, you’ll be the friendly and professional point of contact supporting a portfolio of clients while ensuring our colleagues feel valued and supported. From proactive welfare calls to resolving requests and documenting interactions, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a consistently exceptional service.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and taking ownership — all while living our values and representing our brand with pride.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Proactively contact clients and colleagues to manage requests and provide support
  • Carry out colleague welfare calls with care and professionalism
  • Own issues through to resolution, escalating where appropriate
  • Accurately document and report all interactions to support quality and compliance
  • Identify and pass on cross-selling opportunities
  • Champion best practice, process compliance, and clear communication

(This is not an exhaustive list — we value flexibility and teamwork, and other reasonable role-related tasks may be included.)

Live Our Culture:

You’ll be someone who truly lives our CARE values and:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, service-led, entrepreneurial environment
  • Brings a positive, can-do attitude and challenges the status quo to improve how we work
  • Takes ownership and accountability, following tasks through to completion
  • Acts as a confident brand ambassador who delivers service with care and consistency

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a service desk, helpdesk, or customer support role
  • Friendly, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsive, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
  • Relevant qualifications (or working towards them)
  • Proven ability to deliver results and demonstrate success in a similar role

You must have:

  • Full 5-year checkable employment history
  • Minimum of 2 work references
  • Personal credit check
  • Right to work in the UK

Ready to join us?

At Kingdom, you’ll be part of a supportive, ambitious organisation where your contribution matters. We value our people, invest in development, and celebrate success together.

Apply today and take the next step in a rewarding career where you can truly make an impact.
