ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER (WEEKEND ROLE)

Pay: £16.00 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 16 hours per week
Shifts: Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays – 09:00–17:00
Contract: Flexible / Temporary

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Frensham to help tackle environmental crime and maintain clean, safe public spaces.

This is a hands-on outdoor role where you’ll be on patrol, engaging with the public, and helping to uphold environmental standards across the area.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
• Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, and waste management
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and conducting follow-ups
• Investigating incidents and gathering evidence
• Responding to complaints from members of the public
• Preparing case files and supporting legal proceedings where required
• Using surveillance equipment when necessary
• Promoting compliance through public engagement and education

What We’re Looking For
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Professional and calm when dealing with the public
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Flexible approach, including weekend and bank holiday working
• Previous enforcement, security, or customer-facing experience (desirable)
