Due to continued growth within the business, we are expanding our National Command Centre and are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Colleague Monitoring & Support Operator, supporting this essential function to the business. This is a busy role where no two days are the same! If you have previous monitoring/scheduling or control room experience, great. If not, if you have experience of working within a fast-paced customer service environment, think logically and are able to gather and relay information accurately then this could be the role for you! Where: Our Head Office based in Newton-le-Willows (WA12 area) Hours: On average 42 hours per week. 4 On 4 Off Nights, shifts as per rota. 18.00 pm - 06.00 am.
