DELIVERY MANAGER (FIELD-BASED)

Location: North West (travel required)
Hours: 46 hours per week (4 on, 3 off – 07:00–18:30)
Weekend Work: 1 in 4 weekends
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time


About the Role
Kingdom Services Group is looking for a confident, professional, and reliable Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery across multiple contracts in the North West.

This is a fast-paced, field-based role where you will ensure high service standards, support operational teams, manage client relationships, and drive performance across your portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites
• Monitoring KPIs, performance, and service standards
• Conducting site visits, audits, and inspections
• Building strong client relationships and managing escalations
• Supporting, leading, and developing teams
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety
• Identifying and implementing service improvements


What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations or service delivery management
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Professional, organised, and solutions-focused approach
• Experience in security, FM, or contract services (desirable)
