Part-Time Cleaner (Relief Cover)

Location: Milton Keynes (MK6 area)
Pay: £12.71 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Hours: 10 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 06:00–08:00
Requirement: Must be reliable and have own transport


About the Role

Kingdom Cleaning has a great opportunity for a Part-Time Cleaner to join our team at a college in the Milton Keynes area.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, supporting a safe and well-maintained learning environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
• Carrying out general cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning and sanitising washroom facilities to hygiene standards
• Completing touchpoint cleaning (e.g. desks, door handles, light switches)
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Following all health & safety procedures and site cleaning protocols
• Working independently or as part of a team to meet required standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is required
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential

Additional Information

• You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
• You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately
• Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services
• This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group
• There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract
