Kingdom Group are a key partner to Edmonton Green retail centre, and we have a great opportunity for a Site Security manager to join our award-winning Security Team, dealing with many visitors on a daily basis.

Pay Rate: £19.84 per hour
The Site Security Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all customers, tenants, and staff within the shopping centre. This role involves proactive patrolling, incident response, customer assistance, and ensuring compliance with the centre’s safety and security policies.

About the role:
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, including car parks, service corridors, and public areas
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to any suspicious or unusual activity
- Ownership of all security operations
- Incident management, command and control
- Respond to and manage incidents such as theft, vandalism, disturbances, medical emergencies, or accidents
- Provide assistance to shoppers
- Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports for management and the Authorities as required
- Liaise professionally with local police, emergency services, and centre management during incidents
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, evacuation procedures, and site-specific security protocols
- Rostering responsibilities
- Support crowd control and access management during special events, promotions, or emergencies
- Uphold the centre’s values of customer service, professionalism, and safety at all times
About you:
- Front line SIA & CCTV License
- Own transport required
- Previous experience in retail, corporate, or shopping centre security (preferred)
- Availability to work to meet business needs
- Physically fit and capable of performing patrols and responding to emergencies
- Fast-paced retail environment with regular interaction with the public
- Combination of indoor and outdoor duties
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods
- Vetted as a minimum to BS 7858 standards by providing 5 years work history
