Systems & Projects Accountant

We’re looking for a hands-on Systems & Projects Accountant to strengthen the accuracy, stability, and efficiency of our finance systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, improving workflows, and driving automation.


What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate and resolve issues within Intact and connected finance systems
  • Improve end-to-end finance processes, reducing manual work and strengthening controls
  • Support rollout and adoption of PO systems, workflow tools, and automation platforms
  • Analyse and streamline AP, AR, and Management Accounts processes
  • Maintain system configurations and user access
  • Lead upgrades and enhancements to finance systems
  • Assist with onboarding acquired businesses, including data migration
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver stable, accurate system solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • AAT/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified (or strong equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Hands-on ERP/finance systems experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with acquisitions or onboarding new businesses is a plus
