Retail Security Officer – Tesco, Harford Bridge

Salary: £13.72 per hour | Hours: Average 70 per week | Location: Harford Bridge, NR4

About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Patrolling and monitoring the store premises and personnel.
• Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and other incidents.
• Recording detailed reports of observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Responding professionally to any challenging situations.
• Supporting the team to meet customer needs and store standards.

Shift Patterns: Rostered as per site requirements, including weekdays and weekends

Start Date: We're looking to get the right person into the team ASAP!

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Professional, observant, and with excellent judgment
• Confident in communication and strong in customer service
• Experienced in a similar security role (desirable but not essential)
• Holding a valid SIA Licence
• Able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
• Own transport required
• Proud, professional, and ready to represent Kingdom Group
