Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership (Relief Cover)
Location: Hull (HU2 area)
Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Hours: 0–48 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: 06:00–15:00 / 15:00–00:00
Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence and have own vehicle (no public transport)
About the Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is expanding its Retail Security team in the Hull area. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to join our team.
This is a flexible role offering a variety of shifts within a modern, customer-focused retail environment. It’s ideal for individuals who want to make a difference while being supported and given opportunities to grow within an award-winning organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Patrolling stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
• Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitoring premises and responding to incidents
• Completing accurate reports and recording observations
• Working as part of a team to support customer and operational requirements
• Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
• Valid SIA Licence
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential
• Own transport is essential

Additional Information
• You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
• You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately
• Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services
• This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group
• There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract
